Delivery:
GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Fabulous & French operates its own safe, secure delivery service for most of our deliveries.
- For some longer distance deliveries (Further than 2.5 hours from our depot in Surrey) we outsource our deliveries to a local, experienced, furniture delivery company.
- For 'Small Items' we use either DHL or Royal Mail for speed. These charges are based on weight only. The charge is for both postage and packaging.
- All deliveries are a 2-man service.
- We will deliver to the room of your choice on the ground floor only.
- Delivery to an upstairs room will incur an extra charge of £40.
- We delivery Monday-Friday.
- We will remove the bulky, outer cardboard packaging for your convenience. Due to volume of deliveries we ask that customers remove the inner packaging (corrugated cardboard) at their leisure.
DELIVERY CHARGES:
- All our furniture (Medium/Large/Extra Large Items) delivery charges are based on volume and geographic area in relation to our depot in Surrey.
- All our 'Small Item' deliveries range between £3 - £30 depending on volume only.
- The 'Checkout' will automatically calculate your delivery charge based on the above.
- Our delivery charge includes VAT.
- There is only ever one delivery charge based on the largest item being sent to you. WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR MULTIPLE ITEMS.

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES:
- For 'Small Items' we aim to deliver these within 10 days from receipt of your order unless any items are out of stock. If any 'Small Items' you have ordered are out of stock and you are unhappy about the lead time you do of course have the right to cancel your order.
- All our furniture is hand made and as such lead times vary. Some items may have a lead time of 8-12 weeks.
- Items in stock - Delivery will be made within x3 weeks of placing your order.
- Items out of stock - Once you have placed your order we will send you an e-mail acknowledging your order. In this e-mail we will advise you if the item(s) you have ordered are out of stock and if so what the lead time for delivery is.
- If you are unhappy about the lead time you do of course have the right to cancel your order.

- For deliveries to SCOTLAND, IRELAND, NORTHERN IRELAND, OFF-SHORE ISLANDS, MAINLAND EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD - please e-mail us with your address and we will obtain the cheapest quote for you as possible.
