Do you have a shop where I can view some of the pieces?
We no longer have a shop but you are more that welcome to visit our warehouse by appointment. See the 'Contact Us' section to make arrangements.
Do you ever sell any original, antique pieces?
Yes we are passionate about antique French furniture. Please visit our dedicated website www.patinainteriors.co.uk
Can you deliver overseas?
Yes. Please e-mail us your address and order and we will obtain the cheapest quote for you that we can.
Can we collect our furniture?
Of course. Please contact us to arrange a collection time Mon-Sat 9-5.
What is the furniture made from?
The vast majority of the furniture is mahogany.
Why is there an 8-12 week wait on my order?
The furniture is hand made and as such when it is out of stock it takes a little longer to receive replenishment.
What is your returns policy?
We adhere to statutory law, which states that any goods bought over the Internet can be returned, (in the condition they have been delivered) with a full refund within 7 days of receipt of the goods. However, we are unable to refund the cost of delivery.
Will there be a collection charge for returns?
Yes. We will charge you the same amount for delivery in order to collect any unwanted goods.
What happens if I receive any damaged goods?
You must simply inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods of any damages. We will then endeavour to collect the damaged goods and replace them at no extra charge.
How does the furniture arrive - flat-pack or assembled?
None of our furniture is flat-packed but there are some pieces, which may require basic assembly. For instance our dining tables will need the legs screwed into the tabletop and our beds will need their side-rails screwed into the headboard and footboard.
Do you install the furniture in my room of choice?
We deliver to your front door only but we can offer assembly and installation at an extra charge.
Do you have an annual sale?
We have x2 sales each year. One in January and one in August. We also continue to have great offers all throughout the year on selected items. See our 'Offers' section on the homepage.
Can I change the fabric on the item I want to order?
Yes simply choose your own fabric, inform us of the width of the fabric, the pattern repeat and we will advise you how much to order. Then all you need to do is send us the fabric and we will get the item upholstered for you. If you are choosing any Designers Guild or Osborne & Little fabric we can order the fabric for you.
How much does upholstery cost and how long does it take?

Are you able to make any custom-made furniture?
Unfortunately we are unable to do so at present.

Do you have a brochure?
Unfortunately not due to the high volume of products and to the constant updates to the website content which would make any brochure out of date very quickly.
